A preference for local and seasonal ingredients should be expected as should one for Fair Trade produce. Accept that there is no specialist knowledge and nothing but an interest in food and drink. A bias for reviewing the West Country will be obvious as this is where the reviewer lives but business and pleasure travel should expand the range of the site.
But this was a full English or even more correctly a full Cornish breakfast. Wonderful tasty sausages ( artisan butcher made) along with quality bacon (bet there was no scum in the pan after this was cooked) from the next village, local eggs, sliced mushroom, tomatoes and baked beans. Followed by toast. and a giant pot of tea for those like me that need at least two and often three cups There was even gluten free bread if you were of that persuasion.......More
